Mustard Sensei Seminar Details

Mustard sensei's October 25 & 26th seminar details are now finalized!

All sessions are open house sessions, so anyone of any skill level, style, or martial art school is welcome! These seminars will be held at The Foundry, located at 4904 87 Street NW, Edmonton

Day 1

Friday, October 25th, 2013
1:00pm to 3:00pm

Day 2

Saturday, October 26th, 2013
11:00am to 1:00pm
and
2:00pm to 4:00pm

The seminar fee is $100, to be paid cash on arrival. This tuition gains you access to as many of the sessions as you would like to attend.

Mustard Sensei Visit Rescheduled To October 25

Due to a scheduling conflict, Mustard Sensei's visit has been postponed until October 25th to 27th. More time to practice!

Mustard Returns July 12-14th

Edmonton Aikido is ecstatic to host Robert Mustard shihan again this summer! Details will be announced closer to the seminar date. You won't want to miss this one, so keep your schedule clear for the weekend of July 12th through 14th.

Site Maintenance

Christmas break

The mats will be taking a brief break from falling Aikidoka! There will be no classes from December 24, 2012 through January 1st, 2013. The first class in the new year will be on January 3rd.

No class this Friday and Saturday

Classes will not be held over the weekend. Class will resume as normal on Monday.

Congratulations Shodan Jason!

"Congratulations to Jason for successfully completing his shodan test on September 8th, 2012. Jason has set a high standard for the club."

The test was structured to have three parts. First, basic techniques, followed by full techniques from a cross section of the aikido yudansha. The test finishes with jiu wasa (freestyle).

Class cancelled due to illness

Today's class is cancelled due to illness affecting the majority of the club. We'll resume tomorrow.

UPDATE: It seems our instructors are still under the weather, classes will resume on Tuesday.

Thanskgiving break

There will be no classes held over Thanksgiving weekend. We'll resume on Tuesday. As Sensei says, "Eat lots of turkey!"
