Our own Allen Sensei has this to say about the seminars:

When we practise Aikido we train how to project physical and mental power. We learn this by training our body to be calm and relaxed, and our mind focused; keeping a low centre of gravity and a strong and balanced body position; and, utilizing the strength in our hips and centre. These are the basic principles that are followed by all Martial Art and Combatives practitioners.

Robert Mustard Shihan will be giving a special demonstration on behalf of Edmonton Aikido (Yoshinkan) illustrating how he has mastered the art of projecting power.

Classes suspended Sept 27 & 28, Oct 4 & 5

There will be no classes on September 27th or 28th, nor on October 4th or 5th. There is a special workshop for a different group taking place at the Foundry which has booked the entire facility on those days.
