The mats will be taking a brief break from falling Aikidoka! There will be no classes from December 24, 2012 through January 1st, 2013. The first class in the new year will be on January 3rd.

The test was structured to have three parts. First, basic techniques, followed by full techniques from a cross section of the aikido yudansha. The test finishes with jiu wasa (freestyle).

Today's class is cancelled due to illness affecting the majority of the club. We'll resume tomorrow.

UPDATE: It seems our instructors are still under the weather, classes will resume on Tuesday.

There will be no classes held over Thanksgiving weekend. We'll resume on Tuesday. As Sensei says, "Eat lots of turkey!"

Everybody needs a break! We'll be taking tomorrow, Saturday September 14th off, as well as next Thursday and Friday, the 20th and 21st. See you on Monday!
